When will my order ship?
I try my best to get orders out as fast as possible. During my slow season, I can usually ship within 1-2 business days. During my busy season, when I am doing multiple shows, it can take up to 4 business days. If you need items shipped quickly, please just communicate with me so that I can work on getting it out quickly.
What is your Return Policy?
Generally, my policy is to not accept returns. Of course, there will be exceptions made at the discretion of the owner. Please contact us to discuss if there is any problem with your order and we can proceed from there.
My package is "lost", what do I do?
Unfortunately, once I have dropped off your order to the USPS, and it is marked "delivered" it becomes out of my control to do any follow up. I have all tracking info on file and can forward to you to provide to USPS.
What is the best way to contact you?
Feel free to email me at email@example.com with any questions or even requests. I check my email continuously during the day and try to respond as soon as possible.
What if I am looking for a specific item that is not listed?
Great question!! One of my favorite parts of this business is shopping for fabric!!! If you have a specific color in mind, or a theme, let's chat about it! I can see what I have in stock, and if I don't have it, I'll find it!!
Also, Summers and Holidays are my busiest times with my markets. That being said, I won't have all my inventory listed on my website. Please feel free to message me if you are looking for something specific that is not listed on my website, and I can check my inventory and add for purchase.
